Willow Springs 108 – Strategic Plan 2022

Willow Springs School District 108 is excited to begin the process of developing a new Strategic Plan that will serve as a roadmap for the district for the next five years. The process will begin with a collaborative and thorough review of the current state of the district. A team of approximately 25 stakeholders will take part in this process over the next several months. With a mindset of continuous improvement, the team will focus on three essential questions.

WHERE ARE WE NOW?

The Willow Springs Strategic Planning Team will review and analyze data in all areas of our district. The team will work collaboratively to identify the district’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

WHERE DO WE WANT TO BE?

Having identified a common understanding of who we are, the team will create a vision of Where We Want To Be. This will include the creation of new District 108 Mission and Vision Statements, as well as a list of Core Values.

HOW WILL WE GET THERE?

This final stage of the process will consist of the creation of goal areas for the district, as well as identified priorities related to each goal. These goals will be monitored annually. The results will be reported to the WS Board of Education, and shared with the Willow Springs community.
